Zyndie Wai
Zyndie has 12 years of progressive HR experience, partnering with businesses to provide strategic HR advisory and hands-on operational support which includes talent management, performance management, career development and employee engagement.
She has hands on experience managing employee relations, dealing with government agencies, reviewing employee benefits and updating company policies to be in compliance with latest regulatory requirements and market best practices.
Having been a sole-contributor in multiple roles in her career, Zyndie has independently provided the full spectrum of HR support needed by the businesses she works with, becoming the bridge between the management and employee, finding a need on either side and proactively meet those needs. Having worked in SMEs that operate like start-ups as well as in larger MNCs with more defined guidelines and processes to follow, she is flexible in the way she works and is comfortable working with ambiguity.
Zyndie's strong interpersonal & communication skills helps her to build trust and influence across all levels of the business quickly and easily, within global organisations and her region of care. The collective countries which she had experience managing include Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Malaysia & Korea in the APAC region.
